Your mood, in one tap
A face, a few emotions, what mattered today: day after day, a calendar takes shape, so you can see more clearly what helps you.
Depression is there for you, gently: log your mood, check in with yourself, breathe, write, follow a path at your own pace, and talk to Kolo, a support AI that listens.
No account needed. Crisis help is free, with no subscription. Not a substitute for a healthcare professional. The app is currently available in French only.
Here, you move forward at your own pace, including on days when your energy runs low. No miracle method: practical tools to help you day to day.
A face, a few emotions, what mattered today: day after day, a calendar takes shape, so you can see more clearly what helps you.
The PHQ-9 questionnaire, used by professionals, to keep a record of your answers over time. A reference point, not a diagnosis, to share with your doctor if you wish.
Breathing, grounding, relaxation, self-compassion, and step-by-step help during a panic attack. Animated scenes, some of them guided by voice.
Short sessions, at your own pace: moving a little, finding enjoyable moments again, stepping back from heavy thoughts, looking after your sleep. Missing a day never sets you back.
The jar of good moments, a tool to untangle a thought that keeps going round in circles, and your grey-day kit, put together on a day when things feel a little better.
A little cloud that listens to you, without judgement, and can suggest an exercise from the app. It is neither a person nor a therapist: it can make mistakes, and it says so.
The red lifebuoy, at the top of the app's screens, opens help in one tap: breathe, call someone you trust, reread your safety plan, reach a helpline or the emergency services.
The app does not alert anyone on your behalf: you choose who to call, and when. Need help now?
A sky that follows the sun of your time zone, from dawn to night, with Kolo by your side. No pressure, no anxiety-inducing notifications.
Your moods, your journal, your answers, your safety plan and your conversations stay encrypted on your phone. Only your messages to Kolo, if you choose to talk to it, go through a server and then an AI, in Europe, without being stored on our server (the AI service may keep them for up to 30 days to detect abuse).
Depression offers support, but does not replace a doctor or a psychologist. It can help you day to day, alongside care from a professional, never instead of it.
No diagnosis, no prescriptions, no promise of recovery. Its content is inspired by recognised methods, such as behavioural activation and cognitive behavioural approaches.
The app does not monitor anyone and does not alert anyone. If you are in danger, call your local emergency number (112 in the European Union, 911 in North America, 999 in the UK) or a helpline. In France: 3114 (free, 24/7), 15 or 112, or text 114.
Kolo replies automatically and is not designed to give advice about medication. Does a reply seem wrong or inappropriate? A long press is all it takes to report it.
You don't need an app to get help. Call your local emergency number (112 in the EU, 911 in North America, 999 in the UK) or a helpline near you. In France: 3114, free, day and night.
Depression, on iPhone and Android. Some days, just holding on is already a lot.
